We decided to work with Kitchen & More for our kitchen remodel after we visited their show room Bellevue and their impressive main facility in Kent. They had everything from countertop to cabinets and we didn’t have to look any further. We chose custom wood cabinets and a porcelain countertop. I wouldn't say this kitchen remodeling journey was smooth and pressure free. I talked to people about their experience of kitchen remodeling from various contractors, so far nobody had told me the experience during the construction was good. However, throughout the journey with Kitchen & More, I felt the care from Vera and Millie. I felt their sincerity of taking care of how I feel and how to solve issues. We started the demolition on September 9 and finished right before Thanksgiving. It could have been one week less, but due to the storm and loss of power, appliance could not be installed. We purchased appliance through Arnold's Appliance in Bellevue. Arnold's had issues installing the hood vent, which caused a huge headache on our end because it was the day before Thanksgiving. At that time, my mental was at the edge of crashing. I texted Millie for help in the morning. Millie immediately responded. Vera then called me in the afternoon and said that she was sending a team over to get the hood installed. She ensured me that everything would be taken care of. Kitchen & More redid our Kitchen and bathroom 3 years ago. I recently noticed some issues with the draw guide rails in the kitchen cabinets. I emailed Vera about my concerns. Despite the fact that the agreed upon warrantee had already expired- Vera had no hesitation in scheduling some workmen to come out and fix the issue- which they did. Now that is what I call great after service care- we will definitely be using them again for any future projects -highly recommend the whole organization.

I wanted to renovate my house for more than a year but always thought this would bring so much pain that I did not want to start. Few months ago, I got extremely tired from my house in Bellevue, WA and just had to find a company that was going to take care of my renovation process. Kitchen & More was my fourth stop and I am very happy that I chose them. First, I was scheduled with a designer name Kurt and he was super thorough with me and helped me a lot to understand the process and how Kitchen & More would make things seamless and easy. I worked with Kurt and had in-home and virtual consultations with him and then he sent me a couple of proposed designs that would be great for my house. Now, all I had to do is to choose between those projects. After I made my decision on the design, they started ordering all the materials and it took about four months. Then they started the project and nobody ever bothered me. My project manager was Zahid and he was very helpful, always letting me know the schedule of sub-contractors, what happens when, and etc. The whole project was so easy and it made me very happy to trust them with my home renovation and it turned out to be even more beautiful than I expected it. I am very happy that I chose Kitchen & More, and very grateful to the whole team.

I hired Kitchen&More to completely redesign the kitchen of our new home. Kurt, he is very attention oriented and extremely knowledgeable. After our first meeting we had the first renderings of what our space could look like; after 2 weeks the design was finalized and the cabinets were ordered. One of the things that attracted us most was Designer’s ability to understand our budget and find solutions to get us within it. The end result is a kitchen that blows us away every single day. Lovely staff and experienced designers. We did my master bathroom remodel and it came out outstanding. They created a design and gave me a fixed cost, and I did not need to pay a dollar more. They were not the cheapest, but they had the highest marginal value. We felt confident throughout the whole process since we got updated along the way. Whatever they claimed to happen became a reality. They explained every single step up front and when the time comes, we felt more confident about our decision. We are looking forward to working with Kitchen & More again for our future projects.

We recently completed a full kitchen remodel and had a great experience with the team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the project. They stayed on schedule and completed the work when they said they would, which we really appreciated. The project involved a full reconfiguration of the space, including removing a wall and installing a steel beam, along with custom two-toned cabinets. The final result looks amazing and completely transformed the kitchen. The only delay at the beginning was due to the permitting process, which took longer than expected but was outside of everyone’s control. Once everything was approved, the project moved forward smoothly.
