Kitchen & More redid our Kitchen and bathroom 3 years ago. I recently noticed some issues with the draw guide rails in the kitchen cabinets. I emailed Vera about my concerns. Despite the fact that the agreed upon warrantee had already expired- Vera had no hesitation in scheduling some workmen to come out and fix the issue- which they did. Now that is what I call great after service care- we will definitely be using them again for any future projects -highly recommend the whole organization.

What an amazing team! The designer came out for a free consultation. She was right on time, professional, and listened to what we want. We've been wanting to do this remodel for a few years now but the pandemic has made things difficult. And on top of that, we didn't know where to start. The designer gave us design layouts to consider. She was patient in helping us pick out materials and most of all, answered all our questions. And trust me, we had a lot! Everything went smoothly and when something came up during the remodel, the team communicated effectively and was able to address things quickly. Amazing process! I usually do not write reviews, however, after having the Kitchen & More experience I just have to put it out there. I wanted to renovate my house for more than a year but always thought this would bring so much pain that I did not want to start. Few months ago, I got extremely tired from my house in Bellevue, WA and just had to find a company that was going to take care of my renovation process. Kitchen & More was my fourth stop and I am very happy that I chose them. First, I was scheduled with a designer name Kurt and he was super thorough with me and helped me a lot to understand the process and how Kitchen & More would make things seamless and easy. I worked with Kurt and had in-home and virtual consultations with him and then he sent me a couple of proposed designs that would be great for my house. Now, all I had to do is to choose between those projects. After I made my decision on the design, they started ordering all the materials and it took about four months. Then they started the project and nobody ever bothered me. My project manager was Zahid and he was very helpful, always letting me know the schedule of sub-contractors, what happens when, and etc. The whole project was so easy and it made me very happy to trust them with my home renovation and it turned out to be even more beautiful than I expected it. I am very happy that I chose Kitchen & More, and very grateful to the whole team.

So, first, they are so friendly, smiling, and kindly. When I was there and I wanted to get information about my house kitchen cabinets, they were taken care of me very nicely. Also, they are very careful about COVID-19. I recommend everyone. They do their job very well and are very professional.

2.5 YR UPDATE: Under new mgmt. After seeing this review, they reached out and offered to fix the most visible and easiest issues: a new paint job, touch up on the trim, caulking, resealed the shower grout. In-and-out, three days' work. Honestly, it doesn't dissolve the nastiness of the first ordeal, and we still have unresolved questions and concerns, along with additional damages to adjacent rooms from the first construction contractors, but it meant a lot to see that the new crew and mgmt followed through on what they offered. --- 2 YR UPDATE: failure to waterproof the shower/bathtub grout and poor work on the caulking over the grout has caused mildew and damage that we now have to contend with. Additional photos (water damage, grout and poor application of caulking examples) have been added. --- ORIGINAL POST: STAY AWAY! Very expensive for terrible work. They contracted out the work to a crew that was inexperienced and who lied to us. After multiple delays, a week after "finishing" the caulking on the shower started falling apart. Within a month, it was molding. So disappointing. We trusted them and they left us with a mess.
